Intensive AcroPhysical Theatre Training aimed at the Young Dancer

TRAINING PROJECT AIMED AT YOUNG CONTEMPORARY EMERGENT ARTISTS
The birth of ZERO is aimed to approach that young performer during his/her training to provide him/her with the necessary skills to approach the floor and the contact in a healthy way, as well as rising awareness of body use in contemporary art.
ZERO represents an opportunity for study and first construction of the principles regulating the action and the birth of a contemporary movement.
Specifically, through the APT Method, born from Benedetti’s experimentation and contamination of the transversal experiences, the young dancer will go on to building/reinforcing concepts such as:
> Perception of the center of gravity and its adaptation/use related to the ground.
> Using ground supports.
> Use of floor dynamics to build a functional movement.
> Trust and cooperation with the partner.
> Study of biomechanics principles in Contact.
> Use of Weight and Levers in Contact.
> Weight Management in the Contact Air Phase.
